Crumb Topping

3 slices white bread
2 tablespoons butter
Paprika
Poppy seeds
Chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese

Toast bread in 300F oven until very dry. Crush fine. In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt butter and add bread crumbs. Mix well. Sprinkle over each cup. Top with paprika, poppy seeds, chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.

Serves 6.
