Shrimp Spaghetti 1

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
1 medium clove garlic, finely chopped
One 28 ounce can tomatoes, crushed
One 6-ounce can tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup white wine
Tony Chachere's Creole Season to taste
Tabasco Sauce, to taste
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 pound spaghetti
1 pound Louisiana shrimp

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil over medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring to keep from browning. Add oil and other ingredients and simmer over low heat for 2 hours. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Add shrimp to sauce and cook 10 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
