Seafood and Sausage Jambalaya

3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1 or 2 cloves garlic
2 links smoked sausage
1/2 pound scallops
1/2 pound shrimp
1 large can Rotel tomatoes
2-3 cups cooked rice
1-2 cans tomato sauce

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute for about 3-5 minutes. Add smoked sausage, scallops and shrimp. Cook for 10 minutes. Add Rotel tomatoes. Cook 15 minutes more. Stir in cooked rice. Add tomato sauce to desired consistency.

Serves 4-6.
