Chicken Crab Meat

2 tablespoons gelatin
2 cups chicken broth, cold
1 cup crab meat
1 cup cooked chicken, chopped
1/2cup cucumber, diced
1 cup celery, chopped
1/2 cup pimiento
1 cup almonds, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup broth. Heat balance of broth to boiling, then add to gelatin mixture. When very cold, fold in rest of ingredients. Pour into mold, then turn out onto crisp greens.

Serves 8.
