Oyster Dip

1/4 cup margarine
1 bunch green onion tops
1 pint oysters
1/2 pint whipping Cream
Flour to thicken
Season to taste
Mini Pastries or crackers

Chop onion tops fine. Chop oysters to be easily dipped. Wilt green onions in pepper. Add chopped Oysters and whipping Cream. Heat and add flour to thicken. Add seasoning to taste.

Serves 8-10.
