Dice fresh vegetables. Let simmer in 1/4 cup of broth. Stir in remaining broth, soup and Rotel. Let simmer 5-10 minutes. Add frozen, crawfish, cover and let simmer over medium heat, about 5 minutes. Stir to separate and add white wine. Cover and let cook down another 5-10 minutes. Turn off heat and let stand 3-5 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
