Seafood Linguine

1 pound crab shrimp or crawfish
16 ounces Linguine
3 large cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons dried oregano
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
1 cup sliced green onions
1 cup Swiss or bleu cheese
1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese

Cook pasta. Saute garlic and oregano in butter, stirring frequently for 1 minute. Add tomato, cook 3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Place hot cooked pasta on serving plate. Top with sauce.

Serves 4-6.
