Pisces Princess

2 layers filet of fish
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns, broken
1/4 cup shallots, diced
Oil for frying
Grind 2 cloves garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Dash of mustard
1/4 fresh ginger
2 scallions
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup coconut extract
1/2 cup onions, thinly slivered

Slit the filet and spread the ground paste evenly. Allow to marinate overnight.

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the filet lightly on both sides. Add the coconut milk. Heat for two minutes. Add onions, fried in butter, peppercorn and shallots. Remove from heat. Serve hot with toasted bread.
