Shrimp Burgers 1

2 pounds shrimp, diced
1-1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
Tony's seasoning to taste
Cayenne pepper

Dice onion, bell pepper and celery into small piece. Cut fresh shrimp in small pieces. Add Tony's and red pepper to taste. Add bread crumbs. pat into burger, flour and deep fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Cut burgers in quarters and serve as appetizers.
