Teriyaki Salmon

2 cups soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup Burgundy wine
2 pounds salmon fillets or steaks
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons fresh lemon

Cook soy sauce, mustard brown sugar, garlic, ginger and cilantro until sugar dissolves. Add wine; cool. Pour Marinade over salmon. Set at least two hours to overnight. Grill salmon and baste with lemon and butter. Extra sauce will keep several days. Also good with pork chops, or chicken breasts, Serve with fried rice and salad.
