Crawfish Pies 4

12-16 small frozen pie shells
1 pound crawfish, seasoned
1 small onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic
Italian cheese, grated
1 stick margarine or butter (1/4 lb)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Seasonings, as desired
Bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375F. Cooking time 5-10 minutes. Saute vegetables in butter. Add seasoned crawfish. Cook 10-15 minutes. Add soup. Spoon mixture into pie shells. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake 20 minutes until top is bubbly. Wait 5-10 minutes before serving.

Serves 6-7.
