Seafood Lasagna 1

8 lasagna noodles
1 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
One 8-ounce package cream cheese
1-1/2 cups cottage cheese
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon basil, crushed
2 cans cream-of-mushroom soup
1/3 cup milk
1/3 cup dry white wine
1 pound cooked shrimp
1 pound crab meat
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350F. Cook lasagna noodles. Arrange 4 noodles in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese. Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Spread half on top of noodles. Combine soup, milk and wine. Stir in shrimp and crab. Spread half over cheese layer. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 45 minutes. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake 2 to 3 minutes more. Let stand before serving.
