Oven Shrimp

3 pounds shrimp, peeled
1 stick margarine (1/4 lb)
1 bell pepper, chopped into big chunks
1 onion, sliced Into large slices
1 lemon or lime, sliced
Lawry's Classic Lemon Pepper Salad Dressing
Cooked rice

Preheat oven to 350F. Place shrimp in pan with margarine, bell pepper, onion and lemon. Pour salad dressing on top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring some, until shrimp are done. (Cooking time depends on size of shrimp). Serve over rice.

Serves 3 or 4.
