Easy Fish and Potatoes

3 large Irish potatoes
1 large bell pepper
1 large onion
3 large fish fillets (bass, reddish or catfish)
1/3 cup butter, melted
Red pepper

Preheat oven to 375F. Butter bottom of a 9 x 12 inch pan. Slice potatoes, onions and bell pepper in layers. Put fish layered on top. Pour melted butter over fish. Wrap top of pan with aluminum foil. Cook 35 minutes. Remove foil and cook 10 more minutes.

Serves 4.
