Crawfish Patties And Green Onion Sauce

1 pound raw crawfish tails, peeled
6 slices honey wheat bread, torn into small pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise or veggie dressing
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon Bragg Liquid
1/2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
3 drops Tabasco Habanero
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 tablespoon ground turmeric
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Stir together crawfish, soft bread crumbs, mayonnaise, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Bragg Liquid, Cajun seasoning, Tabasco Habanero, mustard, turmeric and egg. Shape into 10 patties. Coat with 1 cup dry bread crumbs. Cook patties in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet 4 to 6 minutes, on each side or until browned and cooked. Draw off oil with paper towels. Serve with green onion cream sauce.
