Crab and Shrimp Creole Deluxe

1 lb peeled shrimp
6 cleaned crabs & claws
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1/4 lb butter
3 tbs flour
1/2 bunch onion tops, chopped
1 tsp McCormick Season All
6 dashes Tabasco
1-1/2 cups water

Brown crabs & shrimp in butter for 8-10 minutes. Add water, flour and all other ingredients. Cook on low fire for 20 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes. Then serve over cooked rice or french bread.
