Crawfish Cornbread 1

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 or 2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 large onions chopped fine
- 3 or more Jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
- 8 oz grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pound crawfish, no fat
Mix ingredients well and pour into greased pan. Cook at 400F degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool before cutting and serving.
