Crawfish Spaghetti 3

1 cup onion
1/2 cup green onion
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1 cup parsley
2 cloves garlic (all above ingredients chopped fine)
1 small can tomato paste (6 oz)
1 small can tomato sauce (8 oz)
1 large can stewed tomatoes (16 oz)
1 pkg spaghetti sauce seasoning mix
1 small can sliced mushrooms (4 oz) optional
1 lb peeled crawfish
3 tbs cooking oil
1 tbs Season All

In a 4 quart or larger thick sauce pot, combine cooking oil, onion, green onion, bell pepper, celery, parsley and garlic. Cook until tender. Add tomato paste and cook until light brown, stirring often. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix, Season All and mushrooms, let cook on low fire for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add crawfish and cook for 6 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti or pasta of choice.

Shrimp may be substituted for crawfish if desired.
