Deviled Crab

1-1/2 cups crab meat
1 tbs butter
1-1/2 tbs cracker crumbs
3/4 cup cream
2 small eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 tbs Dijon mustard
1/8 tbs cayenne

Flake and pick over crab meat. Melt butter in pan and add cracker crumbs and cream. Cook until thick. Remove from beat and add beaten eggs, salt, mustard and pepper. Add crab meat and stir gently. Put into 4 ramekins. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika. Brown in 400F oven or under the broiler.
