Rice Cooker Crawfish and Rice

- 1/2 cap of liquid crab boil
- 3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
- 2-1/2 cps of rice
- 1 lb crawfish tails w/fat
- 2 cans of beef broth or (1 -beef & 1 chicken broth)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 can of chopped mushrooms without liquid
- 1/4 lb margarine or butter
- McCormick Season All
Add all ingredients in rice cooker, cover top with McCormick's Season All, stir, cover and turn on rice cooker. When cooked let stand 10 minutes.
Serves 4.
