Seafood Delight 2

10-12 frozen fish fillets
4 tbs slivered almonds
4 tbs each of diced green peppers and celery
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs mustard
1 tbs lemon juice, salt, pepper and paprika

Boil or bake fish fillets and cool. Saute and brown almonds with a touch of butter. Shred the fish, add to ingredients, mix well. Add salt, pepper, and paprika to taste. Serve in wheat pocket pita bread.
