Seafood Fettuccine 2

1 lb shrimp, crawfish, crab meat or to your taste
2 pkg of Noodles & Sauce (Butter)
1/4 lb butter
1 rib of celery, chopped fined
1/2 bell pepper (med. size), chopped fine
1 can Rotel (diced tomatoes & green chilies)
1 bunch green onions chopped fine & about 3 tbs parsley chopped fine
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Approximately 1/2 of 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese

Saute celery, bell pepper & garlic approximately 1 minute. Add onions and saute until clear. Add Rotel and let come to hard simmer for about 2 minutes. Add 4 cans (Rotel) of water and bring to a hard boil. Add 2 pkg of noodles & sauce and cook until noodles are cooked. Reduce heat and add cheese.

When cheese is melted add seafood or whatever you're using. If shrimp cook until pink. Add green onions and parsley. Mix thoroughly. Add 1/2 of 1/2 pint whipping cream. Turn off heat and pour into casserole dish. Sauce will thicken as it cools.

*Note:
Start with pot large enough to hold everything.
