Seafood Fettuccine 3

3 lb shrimp, or crawfish or crab meat and shrimp (or one of each)
3/4 lb butter
4 onions chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
3 bell peppers, chopped
3 Cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup green onions
1/4 cup flour
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lb jalapeno cheese, diced
12 oz bag medium egg noodles
1 lb American or Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute vegetables in butter, then add parsley, seafood, and garlic. Cook for ten minutes or until tender. Add jalapeno cheese, soup, and flour. Season to taste and simmer for 30 minutes. Boil and drain noodles, then add to mixture.

Pour into a 13x9 inch baking pan. Top with Cheddar or American cheese. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
