Seafood Pasta Dish

1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 cup crabmeat
1 lb crawfish tails
2 tbs chopped pimento
2 oz white wine
1 cup whipping cream (or less)
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish

In large skillet, melt butter, add vegetables and saute until wilted, about 10 minutes, add seafood. Simmer about 10 minutes more. Gradually add wine and cream, heat for a few minutes, correct seasoning. Serve over pasta, garnish with parsley.
