Shrimp and Crab Fettuccine

1/8 lb butter or margarine
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/2 cup flour
1 pint of half-and-half
6 oz Velveeta cheese
1 pkg of egg noodles or spaghetti
1 lb shrimp
1 lb crabmeat

Combine butter, onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic and cook until tender. Add 1/2 cup flour. Pour in half-and-half and Velveeta cheese. (Prepare noodles as directed on package). Add shrimp and crabmeat to mixture along with noodles. Spray casserole dish with cooking spray, pour ingredients into dish and bake in oven at 300F for 20-30 minutes.
