Shrimp and Okra Rice

1 pound medium shrimp, peeled
Two 10 oz bags of frozen okra, or fresh
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Cajun seasoning to taste

In pot, cook down the okra until thawed. Add the tomatoes and cook down until the okra is tender (about 20 minutes)

Add the Cajun seasoning. Add the shrimp and cook on a low fire until the shrimp are tender. Spoon on top of cooked rice.
