Shrimp Boats

12 large baking potatoes
2 pkg (20 oz) frozen shrimp
1 cup margarine
2 cups grated sharp cheese
1 tbs salt
1/4 cup grated onion
1-1/2 cup light cream
1/2 tsp red pepper

Bake potatoes 45 minutes 400F. Boil shrimp, chop. Cut potatoes in half length wise after baked. Scoop out, reserve shells. Whip potatoes with margarine, cheese, salt, onion, cream, pepper. Mix in shrimp. Refill shells. Sprinkle with paprika. Reheat 15 minutes at 350F.
