Shrimp Patties 2

1 lb peeled shrimp
1 egg
1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup chopped onions season to taste

Grind or finely chop the shrimp. Chop or dice celery. Using a mixing bowl, combine the ground shrimp. egg, chopped celery and onions Season to taste.

Place the bread crumbs in an oval shaped bow, this prevents spilling. Using a tablespoon individually scoop the batter and roll in bread crumbs. Deep fat fry until golden brown.
