Artichoke and Green Bean

2 Cans Broken & Strained French Cut Green Beans
2 Cans Broken & Strained Artichoke Hearts
8 oz Grated Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs
1/3 cup Cooking Oil
1 large Finely Chopped Onion

*** Mix cooking oil with bread crumbs. Sauté onion in small skillet. Mix artichokes, green beans, cheese, sauté onion, & 2/3 of bread crumbs/oil mixture in large casserole dish. Take remaining 1/3 of bread crumb / oil mixture and spread evenly on top to form topping. Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes or until cheese is melted.
