Peas Continental

2 tbs Butter
1 cup Sliced Mushroom
1/4 cup Minced Onion
1/4 tsp Salt
Speck Pepper
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/8 tsp Dried Marjoram
2 tbs Sherry
2 cups Cooked Peas

*** Heat butter in skillet. Sauté mushrooms and onions about 5 minutes; or till tender. Add salt and pepper, nutmeg, marjoram, sherry then peas.
