Cabbage Rolls 2

1 large leaf cabbage head
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion
1 cup raw rice
3 cans tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon sugar
3 cans water
Garlic powder
Toothpicks

Boil ten cabbage leaves until a little limp. Chop two cups remaining cabbage. In a large bowl, add ground beef, one can tomato sauce, rice, one cup of cabbage, salt and pepper. Make ten rolls with mixture. Put each roll in cabbage leaf and roll up securing with a toothpick. In a large pot, put oil, two cans sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar and water. Put cabbage rolls in sauce and boil on low heat and cook for one hour.

Serves 10.
