Baked Macaroni & Tomato Au Gratin

- 1 pkg. (32 oz.) frozen prepared macaroni and cheese family meal, thawed
- 1 lg. tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 med. onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes
In 2-quart baking dish, combine macaroni and cheese, tomato, eggs and onion. Sprinkle cheese and parsley on top. Heat in 375F oven 30 minutes or until hot.
