Creole Corn

1/8 lb butter or margarine
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cans (17 oz.) yellow whole kernel corn
2 cans (14.5 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 teaspoon chili powder
One 4 oz jar pimentos

Melt butter or margarine. Add onion and green pepper. Saute until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer about 30 minutes until liquids reduce and flavors blend.
