Fresh Green Beans with Orange Vinaigrette

Orange Vinaigrette:
Combine in processor
1/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup safflower oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Zest of 1 orange
Dash of coriander
Dash of hot sauce
1 egg
Salt and seasoning to taste

Parboil fresh green beans in boiling salted water for 4 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain. Place in iced water to avoid overcooking. Toss with orange vinaigrette and chill until serving.
