Taters

1 small onion, chopped
1 tablespoon margarine
3 medium potatoes, cubed
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1/2 teaspoon Tony Chachere's seasoning

Cook onion in margarine until tender. Add three medium potatoes, cubed and 2 tablespoons parsley. Add seasoning. Barely cover with water. Cook until tender.
