Savory Cabbage With Caraway Seeds

3 lbs cabbage
1/4 pint sour cream
Salt, black pepper, caraway seeds

Shred cabbage. Steam cabbage for 2-3 minutes. Drain well. In a large pan, stir the cream and cabbage together over high heat, sprinkling over caraway seeds. Toss well.

Yield: 4-6 servings
