English Veggies

1 package (32 ounces) frozen green beans
2 ham hock's
3 red potatoes, quartered

Boil ham hocks until tender. Remove any ham and set aside. When water is cooled, place in refrigerator until fat is hardened. Skim off fat. Season water with salt, to taste. Cook potatoes and beans until tender. Remove from water and serve.
