Cucumber Sandwiches 2

1 large English cucumber, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Soft margarine or butter if desired
Parsley for garnish
Paprika (optional)
Thinly sliced bread of choice

Slice a large cucumber very thinly; sprinkle slices with 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Let stand for several hours. Spread margarine on thin slices of bread from which crusts are trimmed. Drain cucumber slices; pat dry with paper towels. Place cucumber slices on buttered bread. Garnish with parsley and paprika.

Serve with lemon tea.
