1 pound fresh whole mushrooms
2 whole zucchinis, cut up
2 whole squash, cut up
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup bell pepper, chopped
1 cup onions, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 medium potatoes, cut up
5 or more cloves of garlic (fresh)
1 cup precooked rice
One 5-ounce can white chicken
Water

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray pan with vegetable spray. Place mushrooms, broccoli, squash, zucchini, bell peppers, onions, green onions, and potatoes in pan. Put whole garlic cloves into pan too. Mix the chicken. Add water till half of pan is full. Cook till tender. Add precooked rice and more water if needed for gravy. Stir. Return to oven. Cook just to blend taste. Salt and pepper as needed. Serve hot with bread.
