Pasta Primavera

1/2 pound whole grain pasta
8 cups water
3 cups broccoli
1/2 cup snow peas, threads removed
1 carrot
1/2 stalk celery
1/2 small red onion, sliced
1 tablespoon parsley, minced
1/4 cup virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider and balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil, oregano, rosemary, mixed
1 teaspoon sea salt

Cook pasta, drain. Mix dressing. Set aside. Cut vegetables, cook about 5 minutes. Drain. Toss dressing with pasta and vegetables. Garnish.
