Broccoli Pudding

One 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli
2 teaspoons butter
2 teaspoons flour
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 eggs, well-beaten
1/2 medium onion, grated
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 350F. Steam broccoli; drain. Melt butter in sauce pan. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring until thickened. Remove from heat. Blend in sherry and mayonnaise. Add eggs. Combine mixture with broccoli. Season with salt and pepper as desired. Turn into greased pie plate. Sprinkle with onion, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
