2 large tomatoes, chopped
2 cups cabbage, chopped
1-1/2 cups carrots, cut
2 cups baby Lima beans
2 cups white Navy beans
1-1/2 cups onion, chopped
1-1/4 cups celery, chopped
Three 6-ounce cans tomato paste
5 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon pepper
2 teaspoons Konriko spice
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic
2 cans beef broth
3 quarts water
1 can peas
One 7-ounce box macaroni
1 teaspoon rosemary
Parmesan cheese

Cook garlic, onion and celery in olive oil about 10 minutes over medium heat. Stir in tomato paste and beef broth, water cabbage peas, carrots, spice, salt and pepper and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 1 hour. Add beans and macaroni. Cook 15 minutes longer. Sprinkle with cheese.
