In large saucepan, saute onion in butter until onion is transparent. Add both cans of corn, mixing well over medium heat until slow boil is reached. Turn heat to low and stir in one raw egg. Add salsa. Stir until egg whites turn white. Stir in salt and pepper. Simmer on low 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Serves 6-8.
