Baked Beans 2

1 large can Campbell pork and beans
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper
1/2 cup celery
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoons tomato catsup
1/4 cup honey or syrup
1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Dash of Tabasco
1 teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350F. Saute onions, peppers, celery and garlic in margarine in small, heavy pot. As onions become light in color, remove from heat and pour the can of beans into a baking dish. Pour the cooked ingredients into the beans. Add rest of ingredients. Stir well. Wipe off edge of dish, cover with foil. Bake 35-45 minutes. Serve hot with barbecue or any meal.

Serves 10-12.
