Spunky Spuds

20 small new potatoes
1 tablespoon liquid crab boil
1 pint sour cream
1 package bacon, cooked and crumbled
8 ounces Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil potatoes in a 3 quart pot with crab boil until tender. In a bowl, mix sour cream, bacon, garlic, pepper and 3/4 of cheese. Cut potatoes in half and scoop out centers with melon baller. Fill potatoes with sour cream mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350F for 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.

Serves 8 to 10.
