Baked Corn

- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole corn
- 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup white corn meal
- 1 can diced green chiles
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon grated black pepper
Preheat oven to 350F. Beat eggs well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake 1 hour.
