Carrot Patties

One 15-ounce can sliced carrots
3 heaping tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup cooking oil

Drain carrots well. Mash in medium-size bowl. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon. Stir well. Preheat oil in fry pan. When hot, drop level tablespoons of carrots in pan. Cook 2-1/2 minutes on one side; turn over and cook another 2-1/2 minutes.

Makes about 16 patties.
