Chicken Stir Fry Vegetables

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 large onion, sliced
1 large bell pepper, sliced
1 bundle broccoli, chopped
4 carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 zucchini, peeled and sliced
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Thinly slice chicken breasts and season to taste. Add soy sauce. Let marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator.

Meanwhile, slice and chop all vegetables. Cook chicken breasts in stove top wok on medium heat for 20 minutes, adding a little water as needed. Add carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms and broccoli, stirring frequently. When vegetables are tender add onions. Stir fry an additional 10 minutes. Serve alone or over yellow rice.
