Basil and Garlic Potato Sake

2 tbs chopped fresh basil leaves
3 tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
6 med cloves garlic, slivered
One 14-1/2 oz can chicken broth
2 lb potatoes, sliced

In large bowl combine basil, oil, pepper and garlic. Add broth and potatoes; toss to coat well. In 13x9 inch baking dish, arrange potato mixture. Bake at 325F for 1 hour 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and liquid is absorbed.

Makes 6 servings.
