Broccoli Cauliflower Wreath

2 large bunches fresh broccoli
1 large head cauliflower
Cherry Tomatoes

Cut broccoli and cauliflower into flowerets, leaving 1-1/3 inch of stem on flowerets. Line bottom of a 6-cup ring mold or Bundt pan with broccoli, flower end down. Add a ring of cauliflower, with flower end facing to the outside and another ring facing toward the center. Repeat with broccoli and cauliflower until utensil is full. Cover with plastic wrap. Determine cooking time at 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes per pound of prepared vegetables.

Remove plastic wrap and compress the mold with the bottom of an approximate size jar or mug. Drain off water. Place a serving platter over the top of utensil and invert. Insert tomatoes between broccoli and cauliflower as well as on top of wreath. Drizzle lemon butter over top. Cover with same utensil and microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes, to heat tomatoes.
